Qualification and Person Specification

• A degree/ Diploma in Business Administration with Accounting Option or its equivalent from a recognized Institution.

• Any training in quick books is an added advantage

• Officer of high caliber, dedication and integrity. Well-developed interpersonal and public relations skills Capacity to meet tight deadlines with efficiency.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect all revenue and make payments.

• Bank all the cash and cheques received intact.

• Write petty cash analysis book and the cash book.

• Coordinate the approval of requisitions by the relevant authority before payment.

• Keep track of imprest and keep the Accountant informed of its movements.

• Prepare cash and bank payment vouchers for approved requisitions.

• Perform withdraws from the Bank.

• Make entries in the respective cash books.

• Keep track of debtors and creditors.
