Reports to – Operations Manager
Qualifications and Responsibilities
1. A minimum of a Diploma in Biomedical Engineering with 3 years working Experience or Bachelors in Biomedical Engineering with 2 years working experience
2. Service, maintain, and or repair biomedical equipment.
3. Analyze new medical procedures in order to forecast likely outcomes.
4. Advising & providing expertise to the medical staff & administration.
5. Evaluate the safety, efficiency, and effectiveness of biomedical equipment.
6. Maintaining records; for e.g., equipment history.
7. Setting standards & ensuring their compliance. Involvement in the activities of the hospital’s safety committee & checking safety hazards.
