Age: Adult not more than 30yrs
Education: A-level certificate Minimum, A UCDA quality certificate mandatory
Experience: Minimum 1 yr. of participation in coffee quality analysis and good understanding of all types of coffee beans. Experience in coffee testing and cupping is also required.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Conduct routine analysis of coffee samples during pre and post-production.
• Support quality analysis during pre- shipment of all coffee exports in line with UCDA guidelines.
• Carry out any other duties as assigned by Management.
• Attributes and competencies
• Working knowledge of the quality regulations of coffee production.
• Basic computer skills and statistical data analysis
• Excellent report writing, communication and very good customer care skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work under minimum supervision
Qualification, Experience, Skills & competencies
Education: A-level certificate Minimum, Certification in Basic Quality Control (BQC), or Barista, or Q and R Grading will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 2 yr. of participation in coffee quality analysis and good understanding of all types of coffee beans. Experience in coffee cupping is also required
