We are looking to recruit experienced Electrical and ICT Works Foremen to oversee and manage the electrical and ICT works of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of an Ordinary Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a Wireman’s Permit Class B as a MUST HAVE, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience.

The Electrical and ICT Works Foreman will be responsible for coordinating with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure the timely completion of all electrical and ICT works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise all electrical and ICT works on the project site.

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications to plan and execute the electrical and ICT works.

• Ensure that all electrical and ICT works are completed according to the project schedule, budget, and quality standards.

• Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment needed for the electrical and ICT works.

• Ensure that all electrical and ICT works are performed in compliance with local and national electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Train and mentor junior electricians and ICT technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge.

• Perform routine inspections of electrical and ICT systems to identify potential issues and ensure that they are functioning correctly.

• Keep accurate records of all electrical and ICT works performed on the project site.

• Prepare progress reports and update the project manager on the status of the electrical and ICT works.

• Attend project meetings and provide input on electrical and ICT works-related matters.

Requirements:

• An Ordinary Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a Wireman’s Permit Class B.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience as an Electrical and ICT Works Foreman on similar projects.

• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and specifications.

• Ability to manage and supervise a team of electricians and ICT technicians.

• Experience in using electrical and ICT tools and equipment.

• Good record-keeping and report writing skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to project sites as needed.
