Job Duties and Responsibilities
Vacancy: Food & Beverage Manager
Relevant Education
1. A culinary degree or any other degree in a related field is required. Or
2. A diploma in a related field with 5 years of experience in the role of Food and Beverage Manager in a 4 star hotel in East Africa.
Essential Experience and Knowledge
1. Minimum of 5 years experience in the hospitality industry, with an emphasis on food and beverages.
2. Minimum of 3 years experience in a leadership role- preferably as a Food and Beverages Manager.
3. Marriot international training is an added advantage.
4. In-depth knowledge of the food industry.
5. Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.
6. Proven food and beverage management experience. 7. Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices. 8. Experience in driving F&B sales in a reputable hotel.
