School for Life Foundation (SFL) formerly United Future Foundation Uganda (UFFU), is a not-for-profit organisation that operates 03 schools in Mpigi district, delivering holistic education to primary and secondary students in two campuses located in Mbazzi and one in Katuuso. As a result of planned organisational growth, vacancies exist for motivated, competent and experienced professionals to join our team.
ICT Support Assistant (01 vacancy)
Duties and responsibilities
To assist in the support and maintenance of users and equipment. The role involves communicating with users, understanding their requirements, re-solving issues, configuring software and maintaining equipment and related records.
Person specification
A Degree in ICT, Computer Science, Computer Engi-neering or related qualification.
Minimum six (03) years’ experience as an ICT Sup-port or systems administrator or a similar position in a busy organisation.
Experience working in a school will be an added advantage.
Attention to detail.
Organizing, planning, analysing and problem- solving skills.
