School for Life Foundation (SFL) formerly United Future Foundation Uganda (UFFU), is a not-for-profit organisation that operates 03 schools in Mpigi district, delivering holistic education to primary and secondary students in two campuses located in Mbazzi and one in Katuuso. Music, Dance and Drama Master (01 vacancy)

Duties and responsibilities

• Identify and adopt the most effective teaching approaches in music, dance and drama (MDD) for students.

• Monitor MDD teaching and learning activities in the classroom across the schools.

• Promote and encourage the growth of drama and

• Dance within the schools through planning and implementing MDD competitions and events. Work with the skills teachers to assist promote

• The teaching of Drama and dance from Nursery to Senior 6.

• To produce school productions working with other members of the skills Team.

• Provide assessment information and written reports as required MDD curriculum activities

Person specification

• A Degree in Music, Dance and Drama (MDD) or a PGD in Education.

• Minimum of two (02) years’ experience in a similar role in a busy school.

• Experience training Under-18/21 students will be of added advantage.

• Demonstrable knowledge and competency may substitute experience.
