JOB DETAILS:
Activities
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established quality standards
• Investigate Client complaints and take appropriate corrective action
• Identify process improvements and recommend changes to management
• Monitor processes and product quality
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement
• Prepare reports for upper management
• Train new employees on quality control procedures
• Assist in the development of new and processes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Adhere to all safety regulations
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Required Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in quality assurance, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in quality assurance or a similar role
• Working knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis software (Minitab, SPSS, etc.)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
