Our client; a retail business is seeking to hire a Head of Sales Manager. As an employee of our client in this position, you will provide oversight of the Sales function, develop and execute sales strategies that meet the company goals.
This position is both creative and rigorous by nature you need to think outside the box. We expect the candidate to be proactive and have a “get it done” spirit. To be successful, you will need have solid problem solving skills.

Responsibilities
• Collaborates with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies
• Provide leadership, overseeing retail activities and warehouses
• Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices
• Hires and ensures training of the Sales and Warehousing teams
• develop sales goals
Must Have
• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• Extensive experience as sales manager required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills
Nice to have
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills
• Thorough understanding of company’s products and/or services
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent math skills
