We are a well -established private limited liability company offering a wide range of wholesale and retail products to the general public in Uganda and beyond.

major roles & responsibilities
Responsible for driving brand awareness through face-to-face interaction with clients.
Responsible for the design, implementation, and execution of field marketing campaigns.
Work closely with marketing supervisor and the sales team to promote lead generation and create upsell opportunities.
Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers, wholesalers and other clients through successful field marketing campaigns.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, document and share lead/customer intelligence with team.
Track marketing expenses as per company procedures
Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing activities.
Widen the customer base and achieve sales targets by reaching out to untapped customer markets, and, through field visits, cross sell company products and services to new and old customers.
Proactively identify referral opportunities by uncovering customer needs and promoting Come Again products
Achieve personal referral goals and actively participate in sales promotion activities and take part in weekly sales meetings
Promote and support ongoing marketing launches and promotions
Ensure effective and efficient service delivery to customers as the sales and Marketing officer
Provide design and product advice to customers according to their needs
Support the rest of the business team through adhering to processes and procedures during day-to-day activities
Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and integrity to both internal and external customers
Perform other duties as assigned by the business management
